Thank you so much for this workout! I am 60 something and I have had a hard time finding workouts I can keep up with. Your movements are slow and controlled and your voice is soothing and encouraging. The music is nice, not something I’m going to get tired of hearing. I did a couple of your arm workouts yesterday and enjoyed them, so I came back for some leg work. I will definitely be able to keep working out with you and I could tell already this morning from yesterday’s workouts I have a bit more pep in my step and my muscles, hips, legs and arms are feeling more flexible. I’m glad I found you! Thanks again! 😊

I usually run away from lower body workouts-I'm not a big fan-but this one was so good! It challenged me without overwhelming me. I usually feel the urge to quit a workout after around 15 minutes, and I definitely felt the burn during this one. I thought I’d really feel it the next morning, but maybe I don’t usually stretch correctly after my workouts. The included stretch routine was really helpful too.

I love the pace you set and the calm voice you use to motivate us. Exactly the kind of video I love! One request-could you group your videos by topic, like Abs, Upper Body, Barre etc.? I just found you ❤ Was thinking through the stretching videos that i LOVED how you give just enough info about the stretches, and today I found that its just the same with workouts too! That makes it much more enjoyable where I can work through my mind at the same time and get that boost out of it too ❤ To not have to listen to any modifications, love the little preview at the side, or any corrections on form, I'm experienced enough to figure that out myself and I just loved that about this. Will definitely take a pause from that other channel I've been using and stick with yours ❤
