It was really súper fan i did some stretching ballet exercises and I see this new video and say why not it’s only 12 min and was super fun 🤩 sweaty but easy to follow

Hey, Anna! I love workouts like this. I was wondering if you could make a few more workouts that are 15-20 minutes long. I don’t always have time for a 30 minute workout, although I would love to have time for it. Tabata and HIIT are my two favorites. I would really appreciate it!

Eat one healthy meal a day, do exercise, take vitamin tabs and sleep well. That's what I've done and I've just celebrated my 90th birthday! 😊 😊 😊

I LOVE The WORKOUT-very inspiring- all except for one song proclaiming "you're no one with someone"- we have to be mindful of what words we allow in our spirit.

This cardio exercise is very usefull even just 12 mnts but it's burn enough ....It's very good for me pendant my fasting. I still can do exercise before my break fasting. Thank you Growingannanas for your all creation,... GBU

A few weeks ago, I sprained my elbow really bad and I haven’t been able to workout at all. After getting the green signal, I decided to start again today. And this workout was perfect. Not working out for weeks took a toll on my mental health. But after moving my body for just twelve minutes, it has made a lot of difference. Thank you Anna for this wonderful workout.
