Get ready to work out with fitness trainer Khetanya Henderson, who will be leading our hardest 30-minute Pilates and cardio workout yet, joined by class members Tiff Marie and Paulyn Baens! In this routine, you’ll start on the mat working on a leg and core series. You’ll work your way up to standing exercises, which include knee drives, jumps, and so much more! So, grab your mat for this fusion class where you will sweat and feel centered at the same time.

This is a great workout! I really enjoyed the 3 round format with improvements in each, I had a lot of pleasure Thank you, Khetanya, Tiff and Paulyn! You rock, girls! 160 active calories, 119/164 average/max heart rate.

Thanks. Was not in the mood for HIIT today and it's my HIIT day. This was great. Fitbit workout mode: 36 zone minutes 204 calories

i think yall do the workout and trainer a disservice by using this “hardest” trend on your title bc this was a perfectly challenging session! I avoid pilates most of the time lol bc it’s hard on my neck but the body needs it! Really liked the trainer, cued well, kept it fresh even though it repeats three times I didn’t hate it because there were changes!

The "hardest" is not exaggerated. My mobility and core are not built to do these moves yet. Good for pros though
