Get ready to sweat with fitness trainer Jayen Wells, who will be leading this 30-minute HIIT workout joined by Poofy Moffitino and Jai Jordan! In this routine, you’ll start with a quick warmup that will get your body moving. You’ll then increase the intensity with exercises like squat taps, jumping jacks, lateral lunges, burpees, and lateral high knees. Wells will be sure to guide you through a series of stretches before and after this routine. This 30-minute feel-good HIIT challenge will leave you feeling rejuvenated! All you need is a mat to get started.

Wow, what a killer workout! Tuck jumps and Power push ups finished me off Brilliant intense routine, thank you, Jayen, Poofy and Jai! 221 active calories, 145/166 average/max heart rate.

This was fun! I wish there had be slightly longer breaks between sets because it was tough to jump right in to the next one but really enjoyed Jayen’s training style!

💪🏾 This was a brutal workout! 😅 I was sweating buckets! I definitely took breaks in between rounds, because some rounds were thigh killers and I needed to breathe. This is my 2nd time doing Jayen's workouts and he never disappoints! He made us work hard while having so much fun! Can't wait to do this and more of Jayen's workouts in the near future! Oh this was relentless! I definitely took breaks in between rounds, sometimes sets bc some rounds were thigh killers and I needed to breathe. Time well spent though!

Suggestion for those who are not doing the advanced or trying this out for the first time - it does move quickly so I recommend watching the video first before physically trying it out so you know the exercises and transitions! I LOVED this tabata - I love how it’s 2 rounds but 4 exercises. I typically do the 30 and 45 minute video here with Reineer but this was a great addition to my routine!

This was a good workout. I'm used to the timed workouts; so it was kind of tough to know when to switch moves but other than that it was nice.

Dang okay I really had to call out “Jesus!!! help me” during this workout to call on the Holy Spirit! I had to say shut up lizard 🦎 brain 🧠 from Steven Furtick Elevation Church! To get through this lol 😆!!! It worked! I am drippingggggggg sweat 😅 and my body feels soooo good after not working out yesterday, jumping back into it and pushing through, I feel so good to be able to move my body this way! Grateful thank you 🙏🏻

Popsugar is really confused about what HIIT is. Haven't found one workout they've titled "HIIT" that's actually "HIIT"... from a former (over a decade of competing) bikini competitor and current ACSM trainer.
