This is the 40 Minute Daily Routine The Blood Cleanse Qigong (silent )
Practice This Qigong will help you to Cleanse Blood in the body, generate a smooth circulation flows inside the body, Boost Immunity and prevent a lot of sickness.
You can apply this Qigong Daily Routine in the Morning or in the Afternoon during Exercise time.
Practice this Set of Qigong by Barefoot and each movement repeat 21 times.

Great to make all moves... ocean sound and silent let me go inner beeing and naturally...lost myself & wake up with a diferent move...lol...TY Master

You can practice daily. Like this become your daily routine in the morning or the evening. It will be very wonderdul for your health. If you dont have time to do practice everyday, you can try every other day, or twice a week, depends on you... Thank you for being there.

Is it safe to do this practice during pregnancy? If not, do you have videos you can recommend for practice during pregnancy? Thank you for your teaching. Your videos have been helping me heal physically and emotionally in my miscarriage.

Yes, you can. But just do it slowly. For the movement#3: hands folded body curving, if your belly allows you to bend that low you can do, otherwise you don’t’ need to do that movement if you are pregnant!! Thank you

I have a question. If it can be answered. I have nerve damage issues, problems with muscles, numbness, pain. I do this routine and when I do, I feel much better. But, my issues come back. Would it be beneficial to do more daily? Or, what? Thanks
