Can I just say I love your workouts for the following reasons: -You're humble. You don't show up with a face full of caked on makeup, you sweat through the burn with us and you're rosey cheeked just like the rest of us by the end of it. -You actually do the workout with us. You don't act like this is so simple for you, and you do these workout 12x a day. I know I appreciate it when I take a break to catch my breath and see that you're pushing through too. -You seem genuine. You don't shout at us throughout the video, and it doesn't seem like you're doing this to "gain fame or followers". -But most of all, your workouts are intense and always leave me feeling so accomplished. Just my two cents, for what they're worth. Heather, THANK YOU. Working out is one of my only me-time's throughout the day, and I look forward to your workouts daily.

Nice and very well timed exercises. I like the quick previews, they give me the time to prepare for what's next. No chatting, soft and clear rings, I barely need to look at the screen to know what's going on. Everything goes just smoothly. Good job!

I think that you are upgrading your workouts every time! The workouts are based on moves which needs strength, but doable for more and more groups and types of people in different stages of condition. I mean, that´s what I noticed during the time working out with you, which I enjoy by the way a lot and I am absolutely thankful for all the amazing workouts. Thanks a lot!

Heather will you ever consider doing a program for People starting to exercise again after illness or pregnancy or something like that? I had Bronchitus and had to stop my workouts for 2 weeks 😭 and now getting back is hard as I want to keep up but can't or should I just do a workout and just listen to my body?

too many squats, i have painful knees. it's the first video that i dont like too much.it could be a balance between squats and another excercises to let the knees relax for at least some minutes.

I liked it very much! Everything works) I had 4 kg dumbbells, I wanted to take even harder at the beginning, but no, the load is excellent! I especially felt my triceps hands))) and jumping, running in place - I myself have never done it before, I thought it was so hard, and it's cool when there is coach Heather)
