Hi, Camille. I used to practice AntiGravity aerial fitness classes here in New York City, started in 2013. For many reasons (health problems), I had to stop practicing about two years ago, which has been a great loss in my life. Over the past months during COVID lockdown at home, I reached a place in my health where I could begin practicing again, but of course the studios are all closed. So, I had a hammock installed in my apartment and found your online classes, and I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy them! I have tried many different classes from other teachers, and yours stand out, by far, as my favorite! You have a very bright, uplifting presence, your classes are very challenging and provide a lot of room for variations from my beginning (again) level up to where I hope to grow, and your instruction is great! I've been doing lessons 1 - 3 repeatedly, and seeing my small improvements each time makes me so happy. When I feel stronger, I will move forward through the more advanced lessons and your other videos, and I look forward to all of them. You are a wonderful teacher and guide in all the ways I need, both physically and spiritually. Thank you so much!

Dear Camille, Thank you for a fantastic classe, I managed to do nearly all of it, and I went back to class 2 and managed today to the flying bat. Thank you for this, I really enjoyed it. I've been doing aerial yoga for years and there were a few different ways of using the hammock that felt very new and fresh and challenging. Plus some old favourites! Thank you for sharing, Namaste 💚

At first I thought you’ve seizures😅😮‍💨 well if it’s only muscles shape, when it’s ok, with time you will get stronger and it will be easier😊👌

@@CamiYogAIR omg noooo thank God and the Universe I do not get seizures! I am sure people with epilepsy or the like must suffer tremendously. I hope aerial yoga is physically available to people with epilepsy. I am sure it would help! I am just dealing with the joint consequences of 15+ years of running!

and about 5+ years of Bikram Yoga in the 90's. I actually met Bikram in the 90's! But this is where I got hyperflexibility. I used to be able to do full camel and full dancer pose!

Ačiū, Kamile, už šias nuostabias pamokas! Oro joga yra mano šių metų atradimas ir esu begalo laiminga, kad galiu praktikuoti ją namuose kartu su Tavimi! :) Pamokų tempas labai geras, išsamūs paaiškinimai kaip daryti pratimus, akcentuojamos dažniausiai daromos klaidos ir į ką svarbu atkreipti dėmesį darant kiekvieną pratimą. Nesitikėjau, kad youtube galima rasti tokio aukšto lygio pamokų!

Hallo Camille ! I really enjoyed all the movements you teaching in your classes. One question: how should I do with the pain with the silk cutting into my thighs? Also I noticed that the fabric I am using it thicker than the one you using. Anyway, so much appreciation for all your works for sharing what you doing!

I'm glad you enjoying my aerial yoga classes :) About the silk, if the edge is really hard, then I would suggest to use a blanket over the silk (especially if you're doing hip hang poses :) Also, you can check out the silks I'm using in my studio or have on my shop: www.camiyogair.com

I really enjoyed this session. Thank you for doing adaptations. Is it okay to do inversions when menstruating? I find it helps with cramps. :)

There are different opinions in yoga world whether to practice or not during menstruation. In my mind it's up to each women individually, as the bodies are all unique, so if you feeling fine and yoga practice helps you out, so by all means practice it :) just listen to your body :)

Hello! I purchased a Yoga Trapeze awhile back and have started your classes recently. I am realizing that the Yoga Trapeze is just not big enough to do a great deal of the moves that you teach. Could you please recommend an aerial yoga hammock that would work or what type/size you use if possible? The prices vary greatly and I don't want to have to pay too much since I already purchased the Yoga Trapeze. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Yoga Trapeze is not the same as aerial yoga hammock/silk and that's why the width is different. No, it’s not ok, you shouldn’t feel any pain, if you do, get out of the pose.
