I was diagnosed with endometriosis a few months ago. One of the side effects most people don’t know about is a lot of inflammation and indigestion. Your detox classes have been life savers for relieving my chronic pain and helping to regulate my system. Thank you. 🙏🏼

Hello same and it's awful! I have found a vegan, gluten and soy free diet works really well for inflammation, bloating and pain. It does take a little while to get used to plant protein but it's worth it - natural unflavoured pea protein powder is great - but I also found when I wasn't vegan, eggs and fish agreed with me. I used to rely on legit handfuls of pain meds like Codeine and Naproxen daily but changing my diet has fixed everything 🥰 Yoga is fantastic, so is swimming ummm and a Shakti Mat works a treat for bloating and pain, just sit or lay on it. Anyway I've said heaps haha sorry it's just I know how bad Endo is and the health system is not very helpful!

Aloha! I serve as a holistic psychotherapist specializing in eating disorders and body image for many, and I just wanted to share a bit of light regarding “weight loss”. I watch your channel often and come here bc it is a SAFE place 🌅 This is such an intuitive, spiritual, safe channel. Promoting weight loss brings negativity and pressure to body image. Trying to ‘lose’ is like punishment to our body for our body speaking to us. Weight is not an indicator of health! 🙏🏼 We are beautiful in every shape and size, and I hope to encourage everyone to TAKE UP SPACE in this world! A healthy metabolism is essential, yes. I really needed this today. I've been working out a fair bit with increased of focus on external changes, and had been doing very short yoga routines to stretch here and there, but hadn't been giving myself the time and space to truly slow down, reconnect with myself and my LOVE of Yoga, and remember how good it feels to show kindness to myself and my body with these longer routines. I am brought to tears. Thank you. ❤️

i was initially planning on doing a 10 min stretching but then i saw this notification and could ABSOLUTELY not resist!!!!! This was a wonderful slow practice. My spine feels relaxed and less stiff. Loved the fact that we could hold these poses for a longer amount of time! 😍 Thank you Juliana 💙

While just hearing your voice and listening to your words I recognized some changes in my body. I did my stretching routine a few hours ago. I was warmed up, bumped and ready to improve. I was really working hard through my exercises and I did not gain that much. Doing my routine has been an experience of fatigue. The same experience as always. While listening to you I relaxed, took those deep breaths and my body just opened up without me having to put any effort into it. It felt strange. Yoga or stretching seem to work differently than I thought. Or maybe my body is working different than I thought. No matter what it does not seem to be a question of effort, but rather about just letting things happen and trusting that these things will happen without being forced or being out under my control.

Wow that was a great reminder to love our bodies and especially our unique digestive system that was created specifically for each one of us. As a mom I can start to hate my stomach and hate the way it looks. I was brought to tears as I’m telling my stomach how much I love it the way it works and the way it’s healing. I’m currently working through chronic stomach pains with no diagnosis yet, so thankful for this video!

8.3.22: This is so so good and relaxing, it doesnt feels like 45mins long. Because you are carried away for the gentle movement and the calm voice. I love this as it helps to relax my tired muscle after intense workout. Seriously guys it is that great!! Especially the last part wkth the visualisation for healing. I didnt expect that. I love it!

That was an amazing practice! This 45 min just flew by, and it wasn't too hard on the joints. I've had a lot of knee and shoulder pain on the right side of my body these days, so I had to slow down my practice a lot, which is frustrating. This is the first time in weeks that I can practice for that long without any pain and it feels so good. This video is going to my favourites ❤

Thank you so much for sharing this from your detox program! I have been struggling with digestion issues for years and have been trying to find the healthiest options to deal with it. Side note, my new doc is amazing and I feel like I'm finally getting somewhere with it. I know my mental health contributes to the problem too..so all of this deep breathing not only makes me feel more calm mentally, and my body is pretty happy about it too :) Such a wonderful video that I am sure I will come back to. Thank you soooooo much for this. Been trying to find a good virtual instructor and you're definitely the one. Did the whole video, even fell a few times when trying to push myself up which I found challenging but challenge accepted. Question though, when I was laying down with my hands on my stomach focusing on my breathing n my mind you said something about thanking yourself for self love and I started crying. Idk why, I think it has something to do with I'm just now putting myself first at age 30 or something but I wanted to ask you. But this was definitely needed in my life.
