Now, let's work on your posture. Exercises like Swan Prep and Single Leg Kick can help you stand tall and confident. Good posture not only makes you feel stronger but can also make you look slimmer, boosting your self-esteem and overall well-being!
Flexibility matters too. Spine Stretch Forward and Single Straight Leg Stretch are fantastic for flexibility and posture. Thigh Stretch is a must for tight hip flexors.
