I know this is meant to be a warm-up, but I am just starting with a BMI of 48. This is a good short workout to start with. I love the range of videos you have and look forward to progressing through them.

I used to just do this warmup before weight workouts but now I do it before my dance workouts too. It’s the best all around warmup in my opinion. 👏🏻

Thanks. I needed a warmup that my 83 year old husband could do, but could also be useful to this 66 year old exerciser. So many KZbin exercisers put in moves to showoff but which really are not safe for most couch potatoes of all ages. Mary

Thanks for this and other great warmups as I am a senior but active and don't think I need exercises necessarily for seniors which in many cases, are a little patronizing if a person is not quite "there" yet and tend to make me feel beyond my years. Also thank you for your pronounced breathing which reminds me to breath and when to inhale and exhale.
