I really appreciate all of your walking workouts and the step counts shared by those who did this! I don't have a fitness watch to calculate my steps as i follow along so it helps me know the approx steps people did. These walking workouts are amazing, Olivia, the fact that we can do 5000 steps in under 35-40 minutes!

This one had all my favorite exercises. Loved it! Forgot to count steps but I went as fast as I could while maintaining form and definitely got 5200+ steps. 310 active calories. 🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍 Did this again. New stats: 235 active calories, 5,531 steps. 🤍🤍🤍

Thank you for this one today Sometimes it can be hard to find the motivation to workout having done it consistently for 35 years. But I continue to remind myself that the benefits as I am now getting older are too many to not continue on. This workout helped me make it through one of those bah humbug mornings. very fun workout, knee friendly, and most important, i feel those workout i can do it over and over without stress out fear. Persistence is the key for weightloss. Some workout is very exhausting, and you no longer want to work out. This workout (all Olivia's workout) is the type that keep you doing every day.

I am currently doing the 75 Hard Challenge, and this is one of the exercises I do for the day. Love this video so so much! Makes me sweat a lot and encourages me to hit my step goal easily!

I’d always recommend adding strength training, especially if you want to change your body composition. 2/3 days of light cardio plus 3 days of strength training is what I personally do. X

you can't target fat burn! you can only target muscle gain. any cardio workout can help you get the results you want :) if you want to tone your midsection, try ab strength workouts!

Modifying, accvelarting as much as I could doing active rest I burnt only319kcal, it's for very beginners
