I would love to have breaks! Not to rest, but I just need more time to change position. Otherwise I just do a few seconds of each exercise 😶 Other than that, I love all your workouts! Thank you!!!😘❤❤❤

That was so good! I've never done an ab workout that long with no breaks. I liked it. I also loved the lower ab focus, my abs lit up!

I really appreciate the option of some shorter workouts with no breaks so I can choose them on mornings I am rushed but want to keep up the habit of exercise. 8-12 minutes is a great length for those mornings.

Agreed. No breaks is fine. I modified the eagle crunch and the previous move by adding an ankle weight across my upper chest to intensify

The thing I appreciate about the breaks is that is allows me to watch you do the next move so I know what to do before the timer starts. To compensate, I just watched you then rewound it until the timer was at the beginning.

This was short.. to the point and the transition was spot on. I didn't even notice the no breaks until mid way. Sometimes the slow and controlled hits the target areas better because one is concentrating on the breathing and execution. This was great! A nice variation. I am undecided though whether with breaks or no breaks but truly enjoyed this one. Thank you!

I love breaks and no breaks, a variety is nice depending on the type of workout it is. Whether we have them or not if we need a break we would take one, or if someone didnt wake a break they wouldnt take it. So I think having both versions would be nice.
