I just gave this a go and I'm considered obese, getting on the floor was difficult so I just used didn't go down as far in my squat, didn't lift my legs as high, and when my hands had to touch the ground I just put my hands on the bed instead so I didn't have to get down as low. Maybe this could help you also until you can work you're way to doing all these moves as they were intended?
