Since you have been to China and biking in Guangxi. Tell me it is true of what the western MSM reported that China is dangerous for foreigner travelers, you will be followed by police everywhere you go, no freedom, dirty, not safe, people are not friendly and racist. It is just amazing how you managed to sit on that bicycle saddle for that long period of time even if it is done by section....my limit for riding a bicycle is 50 km as after that my butt hurt so much!!! Great video!20 years ago, when I was studying in Hangzhou, I also thought about going for a bike ride to Shaoxing, which is less than 100 kilo away. However, I gave up after just a short distance because the quality of the bike back then was so terrible that it literally rubbed my butt raw.

Thank you for sharing your epic journey with us! I would love to see a future similar journey to see how things have changed. I love noodles, those handmade noodles must be more nutritious than the industrial kind and probably gave you more energy to bike so much. Like the lady in the video, all I can say is “wow.”

Katherine so sad that your adventure is ending. Thank you for showing us the part off China that may disappear one day. Your video recording is invaluable not only for showing the parts of China that is old but unique and so lovely but for showing the change from China of old, polluted, dirty etc to one that is incomparable anywhere in the world. You mentioned that river banks in the west is now a place where garbage is dumped so very true and so very sad. I remember the west taught Chinese how to keep the environment. So what happened. I hope you have the resources and the sponsorship to make it into a full length documentary for future generations😊😊😊. Impressive and congratulations! I don't know how you did it, as I would have probably been lost long before I reached a fraction of this distance.😂I always enjoy the sensitivity of your videos-the little bugs, people stare or ask random questions, or a little dog escorting you (from last video), and having noodles with local children-I don't know how you made that happen. I wouldn't appreciate someone blasting his loud speaker from his car trying to sell dumplings; it ruins the tranquility of the town. I remember seeing something similar in downtown Tokyo, where the sound of all the little loud speakers blend together and it was impossible to know what they were trying to sell.
