Hi! I always get a clunking from one hip doing certain core exercises (the 3rd one here!) - do you know if that's because I have a weak core/hip flexor? Thanks for all your KZbin tutorials I love doing them!

That was great!! When I did exercise 3 and 4, I felt it more in my thighs then anywhere else. I guess I wasn’t doing them right? I kept trying to keep a straight back and stomach in.....glad I found your channel ☺️👍

Kathy Chrisbacher Hey Kathy, that could be more to do with tight hip flexors. It might not be that you’re doing it wrong, just that you need to do it more often to build the strength. Also being sure to do some lower body stretch work. Have you tried my hip mobility flow from January? Xx
