It's as if you read my mind! I JUST started working more on my inner thighs and obliques as I noticed how absolutely little movement they get on a daily basis and in my training! 😲

I love your style and flows. Would you ever consider doing a series that a beginner could follow to increase strength and flexibility? I would love a series I could practice and graduate to the next level...intermediate and then advanced... I love working out already...I just feel overwhelmed with yoga. I never know where to start or how to progress...
