Mera to oposite hota he Mam . Sas lene me lamba hota he aur xodne me jaldi khatam hota he . Maile kai bar koshish ki phir bhi wohi repeat ho jata he kya karu . Kya aise karne pe nuskan hota he kya plz bataye. Mai aap ki yoga u tube dekh kar kar rahi hu .

Mam mujhe raat me nind nahi aati agar nind aati bhi hai to jhatke ke sath uth jata hu fir nind nahi aati . stress enxity tension pure sarir me fail gya hai dar bhi lga rehta hai . Mam mai bahut paresan hu 3 saal ho gya . Mame iska solution bataye
