Madam, Anulom vilom mai hum apna haath change (alternate)kar sakte hai kya, means suppose humne right Hand se 20 bar breathing kiya to next 25 breathing thoda 1min rest lekar left hand se kar sakte hai kya?? Aur maine bahut videos mai dekha ki anulom vilom summer (Garmi) season me right nose band karke left se saas lete hai aur winter season mai left nose band kar ke right se saas lete hai, to sahi kya hai, pls explain and reply..

Madam, I m doing bhastrica for 5 times slowly, kapalbhati 2 minutes, anulomvilom 20 minutes, bhramri for 20 times,om and for 20 times in this sequence since 1month. After one week from my starting it has started cold watering whole day. Flow of watering is slow. Please suggest for solution. I m 60 years old. I had a heart attack 1year ago and a stent has been put. Regards Girish n Parekh
