Thanks! It's actually a top with a wrap on top of it. I have had that black wrap literally forever and I can't remember where I got it. The leopard print one is just a cheapie from Kmart or somewhere like that. Again, I have had it for a few years so you wouldn't be able to get it anymore. 😀

This was a tough one!! With all of the outer thigh work we do, this started out with a bang haha. I appreciate the shoulder work too! I loved how you broke up the combinations and did 3 sets of 8. Fantastic combinations as always!! Is the series finished or do you have more for it? Btw, all of your workouts have been so so effective. Especially with all of the loop workouts. My husband doesn't comment often, but last night he said I was all muscle now : ) All thanks to you!!

There is one more in this series - Arms and Abs. That one will have more push up and plank combinations in it rather than dumbbells for the arms. That's awesome about your hubby's comment. I remember laughing when my husband once said I had buns of steel and I had literally been using the buns of steel video that week.😊💗

I started using loops because of your videos, it is very hard for me even with the lightest loop band! I just love I can do reps in bed! hehe. As usual great vid!
