i never watched cooking videos, i always found them a waste of my time since I didt really cook a lot. About 2 years ago I found Maaanchi's channels and something in me told me to give it a try. I fell in love with her style, voice, way of explaining things so easily, as if everything she makes is achieveable. Her way was what got me into the kitchen and since then i watch her videos and cook a lot of the things she makes. Thank you!

In the uk we have a side dish that goes along with fish and chips called mushy peas, it's basically the same split pea dish up to the point where it's thinned down to strain out the lumps/ pea skins and it is divine with a splash of vinegar and a pinch of salt on the fish and chips.
