Amazing recipe! Delicious crust! The apple filling is perfectly spiced and has the right amount of sugar. I used a combination of golden delicious and honeycrisp apples. Yum!

The recipe is a success! Though i skipped the cardamom, ginger and allspice, it still tasted great! Yummy crust too! Followed your instructions to a T. The foil dome did the trick. The color of the finished pie is truly golden! 👌
