You inspire me!!!! 🙏🦠💕 I have Lupus, heart aneurysm, 2 brain tumors benign in pituitary causin blurry vision, balance disturbances and many more, I have a huge hole in my brain, RA, your cherry attitude and carrying about people is viral!!! Thank you from bottom of my heart being here for us in those hard times because I’ve been locked up since December!!! You give me hope you put a smile on my face and I know one day I will visit those beautiful place you guys visited. I’m so grateful Creator put me on my path. I didn’t get sick yet!!! I do go to get groceries from time to time for my kids and walk our dogs. Meditations and yoga makes my body and mind strong. 🙏😘❤️ sending love and compassion to those who need to go through hard times you can do it we are all in this together 💕🙏💫

Beautiful, thank you! Recently my mental health has been deteriorating again, quite a shame after I was doing so well for a while. I noticed a pretty strong correlation to when I stopped doing Yoga regularly and this has happened before. So I'm making it my priority to get some yoga in every day and the best way to do that is to do in first thing in the morning so there are no excuses. Already after just a few days I'm feeling better, so thank you!

It's amazing that you're able to recognize that! I notice that when I'm not doing yoga regularly, my anxiety spikes and I have a harder time letting my emotions pass. Good for you for making it a priority! Self care is so important :)

With the cold weather hitting hard this week I haven’t been able to run in the mornings, so I decided to try a short morning yoga session. I’ve completed this quick 10 min yoga 5 days in a row and I feel great! I think it may turn into my winter routine ❤️ Thank you for providing so many practices and meditations 🧘🏽♀️

I struggled too so now I make a commitment to myself the night before exactly what I am doing when I wake up and visualise the steps in my head. I sometimes put my alarm on the other side of the room so I can't snooze it, Or when your alarm goes off, you said OUTLOUD, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and suddenly you may find your feet on the floor, ready to start your day :) good luck!

I believe when you chase some sort of objective and tell yourself “I’ll be happy once I get this or once I have this or do this” you’ll find that once you get that thing you’re no different than before. I believe the path to happiness is within, not some external point to run to, so look within and find a perspective that allows you to be happy in the present. And I think we should spend most our time in the present because happiness is maximized when you’re lost in the moment and not thinking of something else while you’re doing whatever it is that is bringing you happiness. I find meditation helps practice being present and being in your body more than your mind. I also find that while meditating the mind is put at ease, making it easier to find a healthy perspective on things. Peace and love mis amigos eternos :)

Boho Beautiful, I write this to say a massive thanks. I am 46 with pretty bad back issues from years of training and injuries. I needed to find something that was light, not to taxing on the body but something that works. This video is it. I do this every morning. I struggled to bend over enough to place my hands on my knees. Now I can bend over and touch my finger tips on the floor with knees straight. My movement in general has improved dramatically. I have begun cycling again and walking, All this is thanks to this video by this beautiful woman. Thank you from my heart.

So I have started practising getting up at 5 am till I am doing it naturally which I am now after 3 weeks, and you Yoga Videos have been a grounding help to help me wake up and start moving. I do this every morning and I always feel awake and my body feels so much better I'm not suffering from back pains anymore cuz sometimes in the mornings I wake up with back pain so I do your night yoga flow and your morning flow to keep my back aligned and relaxed so I can sleep better and be able to make it through my day pain free.

This is so calming yet fast, I loved it! I felt like I was actually doing a longer yoga practice than just 11 mins, normally if I do a 10 min one, my body isn't super pleased because it's only a few quick poses that are held for long, but doing that flow and slowly increasing it was just lovely!
