I haven’t practiced my yoga for about a week and a half (just been doing Pilates) and this video felt like an old friend coming back to say hello. It was so soothing and peaceful and safe. I love love love Pilates but theres literally nothing like returning to yoga.

I was unfaithful to Boho and now I regret it so much! I had a really busy summer and couldn't find time for my daily practice, so whenever I did have a chance to work out, I thought I should do something more intense like a HIIT workout. After 2 months of that, I'm so stiff and sore, inflexible and out of shape! I'm happy to be back with Boho and into the daily practice that groundsy life and makes my body feel so GOOD!
