50 b complete is it healthy for diabetes
@curaxa6 ай бұрын
A B-complex vitamin supplement, such as 50 B Complete, can be beneficial for people with diabetes, as these vitamins support energy levels, nerve function, and overall metabolic health. Specifically, vitamins B1 (thiamine), B6 (pyridoxine), and B12 (cobalamin) are important for people with diabetes, as they can help manage symptoms related to nerve damage (neuropathy) that can occur with diabetes.

B1 in the form of fat-soluble Benfotiamine (300mg/ day) is important to reverse damages to 1. Periphery nerves such as feet and legs 2. Optic nerves and eyes 3. Kidney's nephrons 4. Arteries and capillaries in brain.
