Yes it is very true i had frozen shoulders for so many years and than started taking cinmonon powder in a glass of warm water and honey added to it has taken my pain away. Difference will show after taking it for a good couple of weeks. I am still taking it just in caseof the pain i had for so many years and had so many restless night doesnt come back.

Rub castor oil on your knees . The best thing I have ever used an̈d I have used alot of things for knee and hip pain . I also put the castor oil in my belly button to get to my central nerves system directly . It reduces the inflammation in my body . I don't know how or why it works but it works .

CEYLON is the only true cinnamon the common one, Cassia, is on the spice shelf for pies and cakes and does not have the medicinal properties of the real thing. For type 2, it won't work .

Must know which cinnamon to use because Ceylon is the safest and better than Cassia cinnamon has coumarin in it. Consuming to much of coumarin a chemical compound found in some plants which all cinnamon has it in but Ceylon Cinnamon is much safer and has hardly any coumarin in it . Cassia on the other hand, if consumed to often could cause kidney damage, and high blood pressure because it contains a lot of coumarin in it. This is why when looking at videos like this you need to dig deeper Ceylon reduces insulin resistance and good for diabetics.

People say HDL cholesterol is good but our body inside LDL cholesterol is created naturally as well.also this is not bad and good in some way...........

You're right! Both HDL ("good" cholesterol) and LDL ("bad" cholesterol) have roles in the body. LDL cholesterol is necessary for delivering cholesterol to cells, but too much of it can lead to plaque buildup in the arteries. Balancing both types of cholesterol is key to maintaining heart health. 😊

Just like medication we must know the negative side effect’s we must eat as healthy as possible first and foremost… also we should have a balanced diet and we cannot consume the same things every single day. Our bodies also need a break from supplements whether it is for a week or a few days.

Use Ceylon tea. Other teas can potentially harm the liver as it has so much coumarin. Ceylon is safe.
