I did a yogic squad on my tippy toes! Something new for me and I actually loved how it felt!

it was great flowing with you and discovering new ways to move and new ways in which I can think about movement. Yoga offers so much room to play and explore and it would be a shame to not let ourselves break some habits once in a while. Your yoga practice really inspired me to approach my own practice in a new way and be curious about it. Thank you! Namaste.

This is worth watching right to the end, Adell has a great manner in her explanations and some great ideas for you to find out more about your own body by taking it to unfamiliar places, great video.

Not a huge amount, but I do have a pull up bar that I try to use at least once a day, and I have recently started playing with adding resistance bands into my day somewhere, just to work on my pulling muscles. But 99% of what I do is just my yoga practice. xx

I love your videos and your practice because it gives you and the practise a freedom. But sometimes when you explain things i feel like because you are already (as a result of lot of work i know) strong and flexieble you do not consider how the movements you mention would feel for someone not as strong or flexieble as you. Like, most of the time i want to move the way you talk me into with these videosi i want to be fluid but without building strenght or flexibility first it is impossible. Well i could get strong with these practices i am sure but i am not very flexieble at the moment and by only moving around i do not feel like i am getting more flexieble. I need to, like do low lunges for a long while to make the stiffness go. I can't even open my legs wide or i am not capable of doing over splits or my toes and my writst feel like dying when i play on them for a long period of time. I do not know how to get flexible by being fluid all way. I mean, i can not get my hands down on the ground when i stand up without a solid warm up beforehand. Idk, i feel sooo left behind when i try to move the way i want to move.

Çisil Beste Nar i understand totally! My practice which I share here is not easy for total beginners. I would suggest doing some more basic yoga classes with other teachers to build a strong foundation.
