Rusty Sanders oh we do, I'm complaining about that very issue right now. Two months into CrossFit, coming from body building (30 years), yet to determine if it's worth it. So far, the addiction factor is keeping me going. We'll see.

doluseb lol, it does. But if you ever actually visit a good CrossFit gym that isn't doing made up nonsense then you're probably in good hands. You can learn a lot from actually listening to other points view. You can even learn from stupid people, because they teach you what not to do.

GetShmanged here's a secret they don't want you to know, everyone at the crossfit games like him don't train crossfit. It's a joke for a reason, it's ineffective at any kind of training for anything but maybe cardio, all those competitors train with more traditional methods then start doing crossfit close to the games so that they can call themselves crossfitters.

Sniff actually they do train CrossFit. I bunch of people who have competed in the CrossFit games. They do a lot of strength training that most CrossFitters don’t do.

If you ever have these for women let me know. I can't even clean my room but I'm good at the big three, strict press, pullups and dips, and if you put a donut or two at the finish line I'll run pretty fast.

At the end of the day training for your health is a great thing! No one can really say what is the best but getting out there and giving it your all at whatever you choose to keep in shape with is awesome!

Steve was a football player AND a hooper, so I think he'll fair better than expected. And anything strength related he'll SMOKE everyone. (Note: I'm considering a clean more "technique" related in comparison to strength, but of course you need to be strong to clean as well naturally.)
