doluseb lol, it does. But if you ever actually visit a good CrossFit gym that isn't doing made up nonsense then you're probably in good hands. You can learn a lot from actually listening to other points view. You can even learn from stupid people, because they teach you what not to do.

GetShmanged here's a secret they don't want you to know, everyone at the crossfit games like him don't train crossfit. It's a joke for a reason, it's ineffective at any kind of training for anything but maybe cardio, all those competitors train with more traditional methods then start doing crossfit close to the games so that they can call themselves crossfitters.

Steve was a football player AND a hooper, so I think he'll fair better than expected. And anything strength related he'll SMOKE everyone. (Note: I'm considering a clean more "technique" related in comparison to strength, but of course you need to be strong to clean as well naturally.)
