Update: Day 1 done Day 2 done Day 3 done Day 4 done Day 5 done So I have been doing this workout everyday for more than 2 weeks along with other her 10 min workout here and there under the name of deep core workout and OMG I see a huge difference in my midsection, I am a mom of 3 kids all by c-section and the difference is huge...I will keep doing it for another month and I will be back to update..plz reply to help me remind to update.

[I completed the 14 days 😁] Day 1: burned a lot but I feel good after! 💕 Day 2: I procrastinated for as long as I could haha , it's 10pm now and I finally did it!! I'm proud of myself for showing up even though I initially didn't want to 💗 Day 3: I'm already seeing results girlsss😁💞 my waist looked so much tighter than usual in the mirror this morning!! The workout is also getting easier to do 💪🏼 Day4: the results came quicker than I expected 😅 I have a flat tummy & my waist is snatchingggg ✨ I did this workout straight away this morning and I have to say it burned 10 times worse on an empty stomach 😭 beauty is pain I guess hehe Day 5: Its getting so easy to do, I'm able to not stop in between the timer! My arms seem to be losing weight from this too! Bonus💪🏼😜💖 Day 6: super easy to do now, I barely even broke a sweat😂 the results are as she promised! I can only imagine how mind blowing the final results on day 14 will look like 😍 THANKS LILLY! Day 7: I powered through this 😍💪🏼 I'm proud of my commitment 🎉 I find myself excited for this workout everyday now because it gets rid of all tension in my body!!! @@Itz.Amiehere When I stared out I intended to do it 14 days in a row but after a few days I figured out that it’s okay to take 1 or 2 rest days in between 💞 Ultimately it’s a 14 day challenge so as long as you do it 14 times you will get results honey 💞 so it’s okay to take a day off if you feel it’s necessary, just listen to your body!! And if you feel capable of doing it without any days off that’s absolutely fine too! Good luck 🤍 This is definitely one of my favourite Workouts from Lilly :)))

Hey all! I started two days ago and I'll be documenting my experience for reference :) Day 1: this was my first time working out in like (sigh) months so this was a tough video to get through. I took a lot of breaks but I finished! My god I defo felt this the next day. Day 2: I took a break in between Day 1 & Day 2. Pretty much the same as the first day, took a lot of breaks. Day 3: Ahh, I did it! So proud of myself for showing up like Lily said! I took less breaks today, however I did skip the reverse crunch section because I just can't be bothered with them tbh! See you tomorrow for Day 4! Day 4: Hey guys, I took a day break between Days 3 & 4 but i'm here. Honestly I feel slightly dissapointed in how today went. I couldn't feel my abs working or feel any kind of burn. For me thats one of the biggest motivators as I feel like I'm making a real difference. Despite my frustrations I did as much as I could (I skipped some parts because I just wasn't into it). Hopefully Day 5 is better!

I've been doing this for 2 weeks ALMOST let me update y'all Day 1: I was struggling really bad but we I got done I felt good about finishing Day 2: much more stonger and more determined still weak but I felt good Day 3: I felt a little tired so I'm disappointed in myself maybe I can do better tomorrow Day 4: much more stonger and able to do the exercise is better Day 5: a lot lot more determined and felt a little stronger and looks like shall be able to do this better Day 6: I lost a pound already, I'm not sure because my scale broke, but I feel like that, I think consistent to. Day 7: I took a break on the day because I'm a little tired and needed a daily break Day 8 ( next week) : feeling really strong and able to do these exercises, a lot better, barely any struggle. Day 9: I feel like my stomach started shrinking just really slowly Day 10: feeling strong and feeling determined to lose body weight, I know I'm not gonna perfect and I'm gonna have my days, but I feel much better already, I recommend Lily sabri and yes I feel stronger way stronger than before plus domewhat skinnier

Starting this today let's do it for 14 days... Day 1-✅️ feeling the burn.. Day 2-✅️ tried not to take breaks but it was difficult. My whole body is shaking Day 3-✅️ difficult but did it. Day 4-✅️ today I tried to do it without taking any breaks. Day 5-✅️ it felt easier then before.I see some changes like my weight doesn't increase even after eating,and also less bloating Day 6-✅️ Day 7-✅️ I missed it for 1 or 2 days so I won't count them so today I will consider my day 8 Day 8-✅️ I can see little more changes Due to my periods I wasn't regular so I didn't update about it but this actually works and it is definitely worth trying✨️

If you're struggling with the plank section, then i suggest you to do these instead (i did these during my begginer days) - 1. V sit ups 2. Bicycles 3. Heel touches/reaches 5. High reverse plank 6. Prayer crunches I hope this helped !! 😊

I had to start over from being lazy and tired so i haven't workout in a few days😅, just started day 1 agian today, will try to keep going😅 Day 2: I definitely felt it more on my abs, I feel like I might be really sore tomorrow. Some of the moves I couldn't do so I did some alternatives. Day 3: completed 😵💫 Day 4: I decided to rest. Day 5: I had a doctor's appointment, so I decided to rest. Day 6: completed😵💫 Day 7: I did some alternatives to some of the moves but I was able to complete the workout. Day 8: rest Day 9: completed Day 10: rest Day 11: completed Day 12: went to a doctor's appointment, didn't workout Day 13: completed Day 14: completed. Some moves got easier than others. But I was able to complete to the best of my abilities. I do notice a bit difference, my tummy got slighlty flat. But not a whole lot because I just eat whatever. I'm pretty sure if I ate healthy, I would see more of a difference in my belly. Overall this was a great workout and I will go back to this video every now and then with other workouts videos.

Happy New Year I just think this is a great way to incorporate it with your daily routine if your working out at the gym and I this what I will be doing. I find the hardest part to get rig is belly fat, I need to find the time and the rhythm once I'm comfortable I can keep going. Ok, I guess I'm committed to this video then, Day 1: Done, I didn't feel a thing for some reason so I completed it with no burn nothing, but it was difficult to complete Day 2: Done, hell, well this morning when I woke up I just stretched like a normal person but my abs region was in pain, I think i got the form wrong, workout was still hard in my opinion because I'm still a beginner Day 3: i skipped, my stomach muscles felt to sore and i had to many errands to run, ill try to do day 3 and 4 together Day 4: well I only did once like I was supposed to, today was a bit easier for some reason, though I struggled in the side plank exercises it went well Day 5: so far i kind of struggled, maybe because I'm sleep deprived but again near the side plank and all exercises, but i still completed it

I'm 13 as a chubby girl, and I'll be doing this for 14 days Or as long as it takes to transform me 🌷 I'll be updating weekly not daily sorry ❤🩹 Day 1 - yeah it burns a lot 😅 I might have underestimated it, but worth it 🎉 I skipped a few planks but I'll gradually do it. 😊 Day 2 - yeah I did it ❤ I'm loving thiss Day 3- well, I did it but 👉👈 yk I hv my terms rn and they are important exams so I did the first 15 mins only 😭 DAY 4 - so tmrw is an easy exam and i was able to complete this whole workout today !!! again, the planks just arent for me, im trying at my pace but i'll do better !! this burns, i wld 100 percent recommend this vid ! Day 5 - I js ate junk food today 😭 so maybe my stomach is same as yesterday (it clr hv been better but..) It still burns and I'm totally loving it!! You know your weight depends on your height not your age, i'm probably also wayyy overweight for my age, but i'm 1.75m so my weight is perfect and healthy and also just doing this workout won't just magicaly completely change your body. Just know that you're perfect just the way you are and there is no need to lose weight

It does work when you show up consistently. During the past two weeks, I have been doing Lily’s workouts on KZbin for at least 30min a day and I can feel my ab being tighter and most important, I feel great after each workout. You can do this!

I did the 7 days 5min fat burning video and it worked in days. I lost almost 2 inches of waist in 7 days

it is difficult and positive results can be obtained from 7 or 14-day videos that really target the burning of a certain area. but this is a matter that depends entirely on the person. if you eat regularly, if you get enough sleep and if you do your sports regularly, you will see the effect in a short time anyway. in addition, I should mention that 1 video may not be enough.you can make 2 videos. Or you can make the same video in the morning and evening!

Day 1 ✅ i really struggled with the plank workouts and it burneddddd but i also feel so good Day 2 ✅ I really struggled to show up today, but I was just feeling lazy.. my core is burning from the day one lol but I still did it. And I do have weak arms fr fr Day 3❌ I didn't workout but I will do an extra day for that Day 4✅ it's definitely getting easier take breaks where you feel necessary honestly today's workout really burned my lower fat. The planks are getting better too Day 5✅ halfway done I just felt so tired and I couldn't finish the workout Day 6✅ definitely didn't feel like doing it but I did that's all that matters

I couldn't finish it. I have no upper body strength and I think that's why I couldn't. I tried, but only got 15 mins in.😅
