My estp best friend is alot like how you described, men find her very desirable, probably gets treated as the most attractive woman ive seen in real time yet she often complains to me that none of them bother to get to know the real her. They’re inlove with this sweet illusion when in reality shes very masculine and headstrong
@wattle23942 жыл бұрын
To the contrary, pretty sure estp women are very attractive to men. The masculine part is on the inside, especially in the thinking. On the outside is fitness, grooming, and whatever else gets us by. And being thinkers, we found out early on to dance and stretch and ski andwalk the dogs - activities which support the best of figures. True - we like food. I agree that a balance of fem and masc provides best results.

My sister is an ESTP and from us three sisters she is the one who looks the least like what the common beauty standard is (she looks good though just that we are those blond typical dolls and she is more sporty type) and all of her boyfriends until this point were extremely good-looking hot hipster dudes, really the type of guys the girls go after and they were all really in love with her and she left them all. So from my experience, I can't confirm ESTP women are unattractive to men. She is with ISFP now, he adores her. Rest of what you said: absolutely spot on. This is exactly what happened with my sister. You know ESTPs very well!

Maybe I'm just an unhealthy estp or something because this hurt me alot. I guess I have to deal with men absolutely hating me and finding me so ugly that they compare me to there fellow man. Maybe I should just die young considering I might never have a husband and I would never have children. What's the point in living if I'm never going to be happy. No matter what I do I'll always be lonely because not only am I super masculine but I'm 6'1, have big shoulders and I have locs. I guess that's why the only time I ever had sex in my life was when someone in my own family raped me. It doesn't even matter that I'm extremely kind, I care about others, I put others first, I don't want to have to lead a man because I get tired of it, I buy gifts, I want to make people smile, I love fashion, and I'm learning how to do makeup and to like makeup slowly, and on top of all that I want to learn from men and women alike. I find a man super attractive when he is smarter than I am because I want to learn from him. The right man makes me clean up my act and makes me want to be feminine. I would try to look as perfect as I can just to get a look from him or a smile. I also don't want to be married to my career but I am working on it to have something I bring to the table.

My problem in relationships has been the opposite which was detachment. I'd never tried to make a man dependent on me. In fact, I cringe at such a thought. I believe, culture and lifestyle should be considered in the ESTP.

i actively seek out fulfilling relationships but get afraid of commitment to potentially clingy and needy people. i used to be obsessed with controlling how people viewed me and used to sneakily manipulate to get things my way. I was kind of traumatised by my past consecutive friendships with 2 ISFJs who were always passive aggressive, boring, needy and hypersensitive and now am afraid of getting too close. I might be an ESTP female according to your type grid but don't know yet. For the longest time I thought I was an ENTP. I was kind of ashamed of my masculinity and tried to hide it from the world after those ISFJs passive aggressively told me how to act to fit social norms. Never going to get into a relationship with an ISFJ again, terrible waste of time.

As an ESTP woman, I have experienced hatred and gossip the most with xSFJ and xSTJ women. They belong to the Guardian group, which adhere and protect traditions in society. Therefore, they always have problem with unconventional people, especially us ESTP tomboys. Even when I dress and act femininely, they still seem to find faults in me. I can't never please them. SFJ and STJ are extremely judgmental and overbearing imo, both men and women.

Hi Chase, I don't mean to be pedantic, but I know you are someone who takes definitions and word choice seriously. As such I want to point out that 'jealousy' is reserved for situations in which a person is uncomfortable with sharing something they have or are afraid they might lose something they possess. Like a starting QB might be jealous of the backup if the coach sits the starter for a game and plays the backup. Or a man might feel jealous if he knows his wife works with an attractive friendly guy. 'Envy' is the word for when a person wishes they had something that someone else has.

Not really recognising myself here? Yes I'm extremely 'masculine', but I've rarely been 'off the market' since I was 18. I was married a good length of time (but you are right about respinding to positive feedback, which is how my husband manipulated me so comprehensively). I'm always loyal in relationships. I'm great with money - we are the entrepeneurs, after all! I love commerce, making a deal. My bodycount doesn't even come up, I find men dont even want to talk about it.

She actually knows how to dress but she sometimes projects her shadow and wears hideous boring clothes. My mom thinks everyone is guilty and makes up weird scenarios of how someone is depraved. My mom pushes me to be independent more than her which causes me to have a self fulfilling prophecy. She is controlling to the point she never let me do anything and takes my freedom away. Can confirm, working on my femininity as an ESTP woman has been one of the best things I've done for myself, and others. Being feminine doesn't come naturally to me, and it's literally my Ti being all like "If I'm not told how am I to know?" and i wanna slap myself for it sometimes 😂 After studying the Law of Polarity and understanding why men find women attractive to begin with, I totally see why in my past men haven't genuinely been attracted to me (I wasn't willing to receive help, I wasn't particularly warm or open or willing to submit - things I've changed since then. The way I understand you saying men aren't attracted to ESTP women is because of these things, as physical attraction is a different thing.) Ever since focusing on developing my feminine energy, there have been very good changes in the way people interact with me (more genuine connections with my female friends, and actual attraction from men). I still absolutely value chastity though and won't bend even when I'm shamed by other women for not being sexually active (which happens nearly every time another woman finds out I do value chastity,,, which is silly, women why do you do this? 🤡). I'm glad I'm on the right track after watching this video! Thanks Chase 😊

Wow, I’m sorry I made so many comments but this is like explaining my life and I’m at a point in my life where this is so valuable to me. I grew up in a very religious family and I listen to my family and I stayed married because they forced me to, and all the stuff that I rebelled against I see it truly was best for me like in my family. I’m just taught that you’re supposed to submit to a man I’ve just been raised that way you know my accomplishments mean nothing like all of this masculine energy in me up always had to suppress so I guess instead of rebelling and being angry at my family. I need to start embracing more what they taught me and just stay in that role. The only thing is I don’t know how I’m going to get this energy out of me this very ambitious kind of like liter energy without it being seen basically because it’s going to come off too masculine like even the guy I am married to now he doesn’t want me to work, and I make more money than him way more money than him and I work remotely so it’s like effortlessly that I’m making more money than him and I have more education to him now and my family they don’t care. They’re just happy that I was married and he likes that.

@@t-man5196 Fi trickster means weak Fi function, Fi is the function that makes one recognise how oneself currently/truly feels. So weak Fi makes someone struggle to recognise his/her own feeling. But Fi-trickster types have Fe as its child, so while ESTP/ENTP struggle to recognise their own feeling, they are quite capable to feel by feeling how other people currently feel. They feel trough empathy. @@CSJoseph nah, i am unfortunately. Let me begin w where I agree w you in this video: The feeling like mom to your spouse thing is absolutely true, i would also agree w the being "career driven" part... AKA supermom or whatever other analogies apply to SIW stereotypes (strong independent women) Yes we are masculine types, theres no denying that, which drives us to succeed professionally. But where i think youre missing a crucial piece is this depends on your upbringing and what values were instilled, being driven to succeed doesnt just apply to work it applies to family as well and other life arenas we deem especially important. What youre missing is that any woman whose been raised traditionally in a 2parent home will generally pursue success in their homelife over success in our careers. Modern society today doesnt live by tradition which may be why youre assuming estp females (or any masculine type females) cannot make relationships work, yet in our home country this doesnt seem to be an issue bc traditional values and nuclear families are still a thing. So even masculine women can hold a man and her family down, she'll be tough as nails and probably the main disciplinary, but you dont see broken homes like you do in the states. So what youre missing is the childhood component which drives the success rate of relationships. Broken families will ruin any female/male regardless of personality type
