I found you at the beginning of last month & I'm so happy I did! Im almost 52 & I suffer from hypermobility spectrum disorder, fibro, asthma, arthritis & some other health complaints. In 2021 I almost died from covid pneumonia then 6 weeks after coming out of hospital I badly broke my ankle! Then 2 days after that & caused by that I suffered a DVT which was ignored by my hospital & doctor for over a year when I was then finally diagnosed. Then it was too late to do anything. I have a mostly blocked main vein behind my knee that causes all sorts of issues. Safe to say I've been recovering ever since! And my fitness has never been so bad... So, I decided to take control & I needed to get fit this year as I felt so terrible. So I needed low impact exercises & weight training etc as I can't leap about & have to eatch my knees, hips, back & neck. And here's where you've come in! 😊 For a start I've lost almost a stone, but most importantly I'm starting to feel like a different person! My stamina has massively improved, I'm stronger, muscle tone is starting to come back & I am not puffed out all the time. Your workouts don't damage my body but make me sweat & work hard & are a challenge to do. Thank you so much for the calming way you have about you, the set up & quuet music as it really helps, plus all your videos of course which are amazing! Sorry for the essay but I just wanted you to know you've really helped change my health for the better 😁

I am 71 and have been doing Silver Sneakers for several years. I lost my Silver Sneakers coverage and found you on You Tube and love your videos. You have a calming and motivating presence. The workouts are challenging yet doable. The thing I love most about your videos is the variety in the exercises demonstrated. Always a new twist to your cardio and your strength training. Just love ❤️ love 💕 your workouts. They are moderately paced for my 58yr old self with arthritic knees. I used to really go for hard core workouts as a young person but now have sort of slowed down. What would I do without a Lauren video most every day? It’s rainy and gloomy here but I STILL looked forward to this! And what was I thinking? Trying to use HEAVIER weights than you? That lasted one second before I traded out for the 8’s. HA! I love that I can come here, have a good workout, but not pay a painful price like when I try to tackle burpees or things that make me dread a workout. This is hands down THE best workout I’ve ever done!

As someone who works in an office I have had a hard time fitting in exercise. Your 30 min workouts work great for me. I can do these 3 to 5 times per week with no commute. Love, love, love your videos. I'm 74 and have exercised all my adult life, I was diagnosed with RA 40 years ago and more recently with Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis. There are so many exercise videos online and some are just not good especially for people like me who have health limitations. Good morning, Just wanted to thank you for this great workout. I have started to exercise the last 3 weeks and have found your videos to be awesome for someone in their senior years. I am 68 years old and hate to admit I cannot do what I used to as far as exercise goes. Your videos have been a source of inspiration to me, as I feel I can do all the moves and feel good in the end. Good morning Lauren! This is one of my favs, so did it again this morning. You said let me know what you are thinking of during these workouts, and happy to say - just the workout. Your videos are part of my daily routine now, and convinced that they are part of what I would consider a way for me to stay grounded and focused. They are a relief and maintenance - releasing the feel good hormones that I need to manager anxiety and stress. Thank you

Great workout! Just the right intensity and I love the variety and combination of cardio and strength! I have been doing your workouts for about 3 weeks and my balance, strength and energy have definitely improved. I used to dread working out, but now I look forward to it and feel so much better! Thank you Lauren! Your dumbbells strengthen videos exactly what I need! I am 58. Petite and lost 15 lbs doing fasting and cut out carbs to prevent diabetes. I also lost muscle mass😢so I am so glad to find your strengthening and resistance exercises. Hopefully I can regain my muscle and more 😊

HI Lauren, I've been doing your videos since the beginning of the year. I've always exercised my entire adult life but with getting older (I'm now 65), my knees have definitely started talking back. I can no longer run like I used to so I decided to give your videos a try. I know how important strength training is but I've never liked it much and always opt for cardio instead. Your videos have helped me get back into strength training and while I find them relatively easy, I also find them very effective so it's much easier for me to stick with it. I'm back to my high school weight and feel amazing! You're doing such important work for so many people. Thank you so much!!

Nice challenge. The best thing is after doing your workouts for a few months I can hear your sweet voice in my head saying “proud chest! Engage the core!” I have terrible posture! I’m a dental hygienist for the past 40 years so it’s an occupational hazard!

I'm not a senior nor even, strictly speaking, a beginner. I have rheumatoid arthritis. Your videos are allowing me to be active and invest in my health with less risk of a flare up, which I really appreciate. So thank you for making fitness more accessible to a lot of different people. Also, this one made me sweat a lot.

Thanks so much! I have several that are 40 minutes. Most strength workouts that are longer just do more sets and rounds of the same thing. So until longer videos are made, I would recommend just repeating the sets!

Great workout, Lauren. I prepping for surgery, breast cancer and these workouts get my endorphins flowing. Off to do yoga now, followed by meditation. I do at least one of your workouts five times a week. 🙏🏻 I am me doing me.

After having breast cancer 7 years ago at age 49I developed osteoporosis. These workouts are the perfect combination of strength and cardio. Keep them coming!

I’m a 66-year-old woman, have always been fit my entire life. Started your exercises last April for osteopenia. People have stopped me in the grocery store to comment and how great my arms look. And my osteopenia is in check. no impact with high results. Thank you!
