Today was my first I am not a confident person having people watch me exercise but I have to take care of myself and my body to live long to see my grandchildren so thank you for this channel much appreciate it is helping me a lot I have been diagnosed hypertensive and diabetes after having my children but I am just feeling the effect but with God all things are possible so I'm not claiming on my body I will be diabetic free and hypertensive free in Jesus name but as God is working on the spiritual man I will be working on the physical man so pray for me for the spirit of endurance and commitment I will be free

I have 6.3 sugar level and i am doing every morning l excercises and make feel good. I hope I will drop my A!C level by 3 month. Thank you so much for your help and encouragement. God bless u and ur family. I checked my sugar level this month and my sugar level go from 6.3 to 5.9. Thank you so much for your helpful excercise sfor diabates and do level 3 every morning.

Im a 76 yr old diabetic & doing erobix for 30 yrs. Just tried your workout level 3 in a week & I love it ❤️I hope you can make a full 30 minute level 3 diabetic exercises! More power!!!

I did it. I am sweating at end and breathing hard. I acting enjoyed this level 3. I completed level 2 just before. Thank you for your videos.

Now my diabetes -6.6 or 5 before meal ,2 months before was 12,14 . I am feeling very important this type exercise .Love ,Thanks a lots

Whenever I do your exercises, my glucose levels drop to normal immediately. But I have to work on my diet. So I'm determined with your help to accomplish my weight loss and diabetes. Thankyou so much because I wouldn't be able to achieve this without your help

I am already using 1 & 2 and my blood sugar went down from 478 mg/dl to 125 mg/dl almost normal.. amazing.. I'm gonna download this 3 so I can follow too. Thanks Caroline 😊❤️

My benefit during self-quarantined time: found & do your exercises (3 levels) in AM & PM. My sugar level has dropped dramatically daily. I should have known these excercises long ago. Thanks so much Caroline. God bless YOU!

I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I am determined to improve my health through diet and exercise. My A1c is already down and I am off insulin. I walk each day and wanted to find something that I could also add to my routine, especially when the weather is bad. I was so glad to find your videos! You offer such support. Hi ! Thanks for the video, I have been doing the different levels of exercise for diabetes to manage my gestationnal diabete (GD) which have been helping me so far for my fasting levels by reducing them by 0.5mmol/L. Would be thrilled if you could do longer workout videos (for ex 30 min :)) to keep helping manage my GD! :)

O my gosh i did level one two and three at first i did the 10 min walking i was dead tired ,so sweaty thank you caroline jordan for these videos May i ask a question since these videos had been done 2to 3yrs ago may i know if you have new ones or videos of levels 1,2 and 3 ?ireally loved the workout !

Dear MS . Caroline, I started working out with you last May 18,2020 when I discoveredyour channel. I work out with you every day since then. It is really good. I feel strong and happy because my legs no longer ache when I go down the stairs though the back of my legs is quite still tough. It is great working out with you!
