I enjoyed that. I could feel more difficulty on the left side of my body in the toe stretch and the lunge lifting the left back foot up. Good to be mindful of differences and notice changes.

This was incredible. I run a bit but since the birth of our daughter 9 weeks ago I have hardly got out for a run, but have been waking up every morning incredibly stiff. Found Cat’s yoga videos a couple of weeks ago and really enjoy it but this was the best yet. I’m so inflexible and find almost every pose incredibly tough, but feel so light at the end of it! Thanks!

I've started training for a marathon and carrying a couple of naggy injuries which makes my right leg really stiff, this flow really makes my legs tingle and seems to release the muscles to allow me to move pain free the next day.

I do not run. However I work like 10h a day sitting down so it was great for that too :D it really relaxed me and I felt energised at the end.

Shoelace is impossible for me as it hurts my knees & im so inflexible. But the rest of the flow....lovely.

great exercise! Can i ask you if you do running too? Because you really target the runners problematic areas, like you do running, but i kind of dont expect you to do running : ) Sorry if i am wrong. For example that 2 minutes long sit on toes - I wish i had known this stretch 2 years ago, maybe i would have avoided my 6 months long injury - plantar fasciitis. see you next time

i find that when I swivel my heels to the side in downward dog that I am no longer able to bear weight evenly in my arms, and end up overloading one side Any tips? Good flow, thanks!

in box (i think) pose, my legs get tingly and numb, especially with the left leg on top. is that normal? is that bad?

mine do this too in poses like pigeon and box pose, i think it's your nerves telling you your pushing your body too much into the stretch. Try using a pillow or block to make it less of a deep stretch

Ouch, right leg over left for it band okay but left over right I couldn’t do 👎 otherwise a great flow for runners thanks Cat 👍
