I've never been anywhere close to even trying to straighten my legs, but my 1st try today was a total success (and my second! then they sort of fell apart:P ). Charlie is the best yoga instructor on youtube. I cannot even..

I finished your improver 30 day challenge, and now i will do the small series that you have up on the channel, like flow and arm balance. I can do epk1 if i start in side crow, but i never knew that you could do it this way! This was harder and i couldnt do it at first but i retried it and..i did it on both sides! The way you build these classes for us is magic. Thank you so much charlie 🩷

Really good flow. The twists were a pleasant surprise, needed them today. Managed to hold the peak pose one side, but other side not ready yet. Thanks Charlie 👍

Hey that’s amazing news ☺️ this is a tricky one for me on my right side but my left is easier. I often think because we have to get into a deep twist to execute this pose the side that we can twist deeper on usually ends up being the side we can enter this pose easier on too. Maybe you noticed the same thing?

@@CharlieFollows yes indeed that's probably exactly it! Maybe over time it'll happen. Planning to repeat the series...covers so much I've toyed with but never focused on.

I always enter epkI from downward dog, cool to see entrance from twist! 😎🙏

It's funny how we get stuck in our ways, I've only ever tried it from a seated twist 😅 I found a way that worked and stuck with it but I'm going to try the down ward dog method and see how it goes.
