I got calcium score scan more than 10 years ago, it was 126. I have family history of heart disease, I had high blood pressure at 32 years old. At that time I was not that old, I didn’t really care about this number, and didn’t not understand how bad it was. As time passed by, my cholesterol level increased and blood sugar increased, doctors kept pushing me to get start medication for cholesterol, and I refused. Two years ago my cardiologist prescribed medicine for me, since in the part of the world I am living in right now all medical care is 100% free, I get the medication every time I go to my clinic pharmacy 😂 it doesn’t matter I take them or not. After a year, my cardiologist called me to follow up, I told him I had not taken the medication at all, he then ordered the calcium score and soft plug scan for me, and said that he wanted to convince me to take the medication by my scan results . The results came out surprised me, the calcium score was 3.9! And no soft plug at all. My doctor called me again, and his first sentence was “you win”, second sentence was “but you still have to take the medication down the road, I will give you 6 months, we will discuss this again”😂😂😂 I had been taken K2 and D3 for about a year and Berberine for about three months before the scans, I did a lot of three days water fasting and eating two meals a day, no refined carbs, no added sugar at all. Don’t know what worked, but the result is good, I will keep doing what i am doing, my next blood test is next week, I don’t know what is going to happen.

I think that's great, I'll personally never go on a statin, just too many bad effects elsewhere with it. Just to lower the cholesterol is no free lunch! Especially when it's just a 1% improvement over the placebo group. From 3% to 2%. I've lower my CAC Score 200 points or 30% on the Linus Pauling Heart Protocol. BTW K2-MK7 with D3 latest recommendation from Dr.Kate Rheaume-Bleue author of "K2 and the Calcium Paradox" is 100mcg of K2-MK7 per 1000i.u of D3. I take 2400mcg of K2-MK7 with 5000i.u of D3 summer and 10,000i.u winter. My D3 level is 60ng/dl.

90 mcg is not nearly enough to perform the functions you describe. I take Vitamin K2-MK7 who’s dosage is 600 mcg which is 2 times the therapeutic dose and it cleaned the plaque from my lower aorta and feet. I also took nattokinase daily. It shocked my vascular surgeon. All this I did after the implanted stents FAILED and Western medicine’s only remedy was chopping off both legs! I also found a natural solution for cataracts with no surgery, just NAC medicated eye drops. I went from the verge of surgery to 1% cataracts and no macular degeneration or dry eye. There is a wealth of natural remedies on KZbin from qualified medical experts that I trust 1,000 times more than ANY md.

I was curious, how did you figure out it cleaned your aorta and feet? Was it the K2 or the natokanase that did it? How long did it take? Did you eat nato or is natokanase a supplement? I feel like I would like to clean out too, though I don’t know if I need to.

OCLUMED. NUTRITIONAL/LUBRICANT EYE DROPS. I bought it from Amazon but checked for it recently but it was removed. However, I found it on a simple google search. It was priced about $80 and lasts for about 45-60 days at 2-3 tines per day. Whatever it takes, try this stuff. I was diagnosed as being a short time until cataract surgery. I happened to have moved locations and, therefore, changed my Ophthalmologist. A few months later I had my appt with new Ophthalmologist. I told him nothing before my exam. When he finished his exam he shared that he saw 1% cataracts, no macular degeneration and no dry eye. Then I told him the back story and he was amazed. He asked how that happened but I did not share because when this type info (natural remedies) gets around, suddenly it’s not available anymore. I’ll just let him wonder. Anyhow, this is the real deal so get some and follow the directions.

I hated natto as a kid in Hawaii and refused to eat it again until I was stationed in Japan. Went out to dinner with some locals one night and they asked me to try natto one more time. They mixed into the natto some spicy japanese mustard and tare sauce, green onions. To my surprise I found the natto they prepared so delicious. Yes natto alone is a bit repulsive. But try it with these condiments and some steamed white rice and you might be surprised.

I don’t mix it, just layer it over the natto. Its really good. Oh, and its not just vitamin K, but vitamin K2 that you want, very important. I have a personal angiogram report of my artery going from 50% occlusion to 30% occlusion in about 6 months. It’s really good for your gut health too. You cant beat it. You’re probably not taking enough vitamin D3. To fight my prostate cancer I needed to, get my vitamin D level up from 30ng/mL to at least 100ng/mL. So I megadosed 100,000 IU of D3 for two weeks, and it worked! my D3 level was 124ng/mL. Over the next year I took 50,000 IU of D3 a day and my blood serum level went to 235ng/mL(FYI: Vitamin D3 toxicity is a myth). I cut back to just 10,000 IU of D3 for the next four months and my blood serum level dropped to just 97ng/mL . Since I still had one tumor, I needed to keep my D3 level up above 100ng/mL, so I took my dosing back up to 40,000 IU a day. After more than six months, my latest blood test showed my D3 level was just 135. What all of this means is, my body is using the massive amount of vitamin D3 I am taking. I took 6000 IU of vitamin D3 for 12 years and my D3 level never rose above 30ng/mL! That meant, although my doctor didn’t recognize it, that I needed a hell of a lot more than 6000 IU of vitamin D3 a day! D3 is an amazing hormone that we have only just begun to study. Take as much as you need to keep your monster level at at least 100ng/mL. Or not. What do I know? I’m just a prostate cancer survivor.

The only problem is that, as you say, we've only started to study D3. Blood levels give a view of absorption combined with usage and they don't actually show how efficiently you are using D3 and for which purposes. Absorption and usage efficiency are effected by your genetics and possibly other things going on in your body.

Was just in Japan a few months ago on business. Yes natto is popular in Japan but not every Japanese person eats it. It seems to be something mothers make at home, children grow up occasionally eating it. Most Japanese eat it; some hate it. Many foods the Japanese eat are soybean based. Along with matcha green tea and soaking in hot water (onsen) , these are the things the Japanese believe in. They have very good health and very good life expectancy.

You're exactly right with vitamin k2, but you're missing out on another key factor which is D3. K2 removes calcium from arteries and d3 helps put calcium where it should go. I had a widow maker heart attack at 35 and have done a ton of research since

I have that too. My cardiologist told me he wasn’t worried about the calcification in the vein as it was holding back the soft hot plaque. He was more concerned with the other soft plaque without the calcification. I’m taking the D3 K2 spray bit concern ed what would happen if it removes the calcification holding back the plaque in the widow maker. Not sure what to think anymore. If you don’t mind me asking; what have you been doing to help with this issue?
@MikeJAnthony
@MikeJAnthony 5 ай бұрын
D3 does NOT put calcium where it should go. K2 does that. D3 simply gathers up the calcium in your bloodstream but then does nothing with it. Thats why K2 is needed to move it to the bones. Without K2, the osteocalcin proteins will be inactive and the calcium gathered up by D3 will be deposited into the arteries instead of moved to the bones. K2 is the vitamin that activates the osteocalcin ready to move calcium to the bones, not D3.

I've been eating natto for 38 years, since I started living in Japan. If you want to eat it like the natives you have to tone it down with other foods together. Commonly its eaten by mixing in diced long green onion, raw egg and a dash of soy sauce. Then it's whipped frothy and poured on hot fresh rice. It's very tasty once you get past your cultural inhibition to eating raw egg and the pungent smell of fermented soy bean.

My CAC score was 220 in Sept '23. I tried Natto and thought it was OK. Put it on Rice with Japanese mustard and soy sauce ( low sodium). I also eat saurkraut and kimchi when I'm in Mexico and can't get these foods I take 2 capsules of 1000 d3 120 mcg k2 every day. I'm hoping my osteoporosis and CAC improve.
@SET12DSP

You have a start. But for me it's a little short changed. I would suggest Dr. Kate Rheaume-Bleue book "K2 and the Calcium Paradox " her latest recommendation is 100mcg of K2-MK7 per 1000i.u of D3. You can take more K2-MK7 as it's not toxic. Also check your D3 level and adjust from there. Mine is 60ng/dl and I take 2400mcg of K2-MK7 with 5000i.u of D3 summer and 10,000i.u winter. If you really want to work on osteoporosis I would take both K2-MK7 and K2-MK4. Dr. Kate recommends 45,000mcg of K2-MK4 per day. It has a short half life but it is different than K2-MK7 in that it strengthens bones internally better than K2-MK7. My wife has osteoporosis and her bone density has improved dramatically. Since I'm 68 I have decided to as well. What people and most doctors don't realize is that once you have a Calcium Score you litterially have a focal vitamin C deficiency. I got on the Linus Pauling Heart Protocol and have reversed my CAC Score by 30% after 30 months! Imagine that! When we are told routinely it's not reversible. But here's a link to what's going on.And not only that but many other benefits as well. Shocking! www.drrathresearch.org/drrath-discoveries/heart-disease

Saying ya won't eat natto is like saying ya won't eat Hemp seed oil for its gla and O3. Who eats it just on its own? I put it in the microwave with a small piece of cheddar on top then stir it up, I stick it in meat dishes like soups or stews. I've even deslimed it and thrown out the beans to put in pancakes. If I eat all of it raw, I will get the...., so I don't unless I gradually increase. I've done so by putting some in salads with crushed garlic, hemp seed oil and balsamic vinegar dressing. All my salads have meat-- often canned salmon. grated parmesan. If I don't want the raw natto, I heat in microwave for 25 seconds to kill the bacteria. Again, stop thinking about natto as a chocolate that you savor in your mouth and instead think of it like an onion that becomes part of a dish.

Second time was with a neighbor who started assaulting me all the time when I was 62 and soon started a big bogus law suit . That gave me the heart attack the next year. now i am avoiding trouble and taking good care in retirement. Avoid the legal system at all costs, this is my takeaway!

The calcification of the arteries is not just about calcium, as that "calcification" comprises more ingredients, such as cholesterol, oxidized fat, inflammatory cells and vascular cells transformed into osteoblast-like cells, that contribute to the mineralization of arteries. So maybe any solution should consider not only the existence of calcium but all the factors involved.

For most people it would be unattractive to eat natto straight, and it isn't eaten that way in Japan either. It's best if you mix a helping of natto with a raw egg yolk, a little hot mustard (karashi), a dash each of shoyu and hon mirin sweet sake, and a pinch or two of minced scallion. The usual way in Japan is to eat it over rice with a topping of shredded dry nori seaweed--there are plenty of trace minerals in nori to go with the vitamins in the natto and egg yolk. Pretty complete food if you add a small side or two of vegetables: raw, pickled or cooked.

I make my own natto with an instant pot and powdered starter. With soy sauce, a little Cholula hot sauce and/or wasabi and dijon mustard, or with sliced green onions, it becomes very palatable to me in the 1.5 ounce servings a day I eat. It has also really helped keep me regular and has relieved my IBS and also helped my high blood pressure. I still wish , though, that a market in my area would sell it in the small packets like they do in Japan or at some Asian markets in the larger cities. here in tghe U.S. It is time consuming to make and keeping all utensils sterile in the process is essential. But it does keep well in small plastic containers in the fridge and can even be frozen to be kept longer, so I make enough for about two weeks at a time.

Natto. I put it down before he mentioned it. I used to live in Japan back in the day. Yes, it is something you need to get used to eating. I love the stuff. I order mine online.

Any studies or anecdotes from people that ate natto for 6 months, a year or any time frame and their calcium score actually going down? I see a lot of people that eat natto or supplements commenting but none that actually say they’ve reduced their calcium score.

I LOVE natto! There are many ways to tart it up so you can eat it without gagging! So glad to hear from you that natto is doing the job I've hired it to do. Can you take nattokinase instead of eating natto?

Yes you can. Just go online and look up Nattokinase supplements! 👍🏾

Putting some mustard with natto. Having natto with hot jasmine rice, it is not bad at all. This way may help someone. I myself prefer vitamin from natural foods not a pill.

I agree with you on most parts in your video. What I don't agree to is that not all types of plaque can be removed from the arteries. Lipids, yes, but calcified plaque is a different animal altogether. I am a heart patient and got stented to the LAD several months back Since then, I have been making sure to eat the right types of food, including chicken, turkey and nuts on a daily basis. Because I have enough food for K2, I also have several times per week K2-MK7 and D3 supplements. I just got my blood test results back, and the numbers are very low, including Ai1, cholesterol etc. I think I will continue what I'm doing. :)

Louis, unfortunately you didn't do enough research here. I would suggest David H Leake author of "A Patented Heart Disease Cure That Works " second edition. He was on statins for many years till finally he had enough. He has had I believe 3 stents. He is on no meds but aspirn. He has photos of his perfectly clear arteries in his book. And tells quite a story. I usually recommend his book to people that have had a stent or stents. He is on the same protocol that I am on which is the Linus Pauling Heart Protocol. It uses high dose vitamin C with Lysine and Proline amino acids as Lp-a inhibitors. The vitamin C in a high enough dose according to Dr. Thomas Levy Cardiologist author of "Stop America's #1 Killer" Proof that the Origin of All Coronary Heart Disease is Clearly Reversible Arterial Scurvy. Can Clearly disolve calcium I myself am taking vitamin C to my bowel tolerance in divided doses 5 grams morning, noon,and afternoon with 15 grams early evening as physical activity is much lower and the higher dose is well tolerated. Chances are your not getting enough K2-MK7 as most commercial recommendations are wrong according to Dr.Kate Rheaume-Bleue author of "K2 and the Calcium Paradox " her latest recommendation is 100mcg of K2-MK7 per 1000i.u of D3 if you don't at least take this ratio then the calcium absorbed by taking D3 which BTW allows the body to absorb 20x more calcium which can overrun K2-MK7 leaving excess calcium to go to the arteries and soft tissues of the body. But further K2-MK7 and D3 aren't enough. To repair the arteries they can remove hard plaque but this can weaken the artery wall 🧱 as the Lysine and Proline strands need to be repaired. The girders of the artery wall 🧱. To do this your body needs to restore its vitamin C focal deficiency in the artery. By doing this I have reversed my CAC Score by 30% in 20 months. From 660 to 458. Of course it's said that it can't be done by most cardiologists. Linus Pauling was awarded 2-Nobel prizes as a biochemist and 48 PhDs over his lifetime. Dr. Mathis Rath cardiologist was an associate of Linus . www.drrathresearch.org/drrath-discoveries/heart-disease

Hi, just wanted to ask you why you're eating chicken and turkey? You might be better off with lean cuts of grass fed beef and venison. They are a lot more nutrient dense and have about the same amount of fat and cholesterol. I also eat chicken and turkey. Was just wondering why you chose the 2.

Calcified plaque can be removed from the arteries, though you are told it it can't. I have removed 30% of mine as of my last CAC. I did it using the Linus Pauling Heart Protocol. This man David H. Leake author of "A Patented Heart Disease Cure That Works" has several stents with perfectly clean arteries he's on the same protocol. Book is a great read. I'm lucky in that I don't have to go through what he did or what you're going through now. Good luck 👍
