Coach Kel is magic. I have tried many workouts before, and a year-round runner. I am hooked by her workout on the first try. It leaves me with a good sweat, a good sore, and lots of positive energy. Then I want to do it again and again and again.

this is the hardest barre workout i ever did, i started so fresh and ended un sweating and shaking thinking "WHEN DOES THIS TORTURE FINISH?!" but i feel so good after this so tysm 😭❤️

I am a huge fan of Coach Kel now. I like how warm ups and stretches are incorporated into the workout. Her cuing is great, and the last 7 minutes of the workout kicked my butt!

I recently started my fitness journey. Starting out strong with a 30 day commitment goal of 1 hour min per day for 30. No off days. I loved it so much I am coming up to my 50th day in a row with minimum 1 hour a day but have been averaging 2 since I have some time as this is my slower time of year. I recently found your channel when researching different workouts to incorporate into my routine. I have done 3 of your videos and I must say I'm glad I found you after I got my body more used to working in this way. While I am still working on form and flow I found I am able to get through an entire workout video with you. It's challenging, interesting and fun. Thank you for what you do. I look forward to testing my body further while working and perfecting my form and motion so that I may move as beautifully as I see you. I'm a work in progress.

Always a thorough workout. Some of the moves are so tough, but the pacing is good and the transitions are well planned. Coach Kel also provides great instruction and demonstrates the positions from various angles which I find helpful.

This specific video got me hooked. I've now done this workout thrice and its absolutely great. It hits the target spots. I enjoy the calm clear, in control instruction, easy to follow your direction Kek thanks so much. I don't become anxious. I've had marvelous session times doing this precise workout and I see results. Have downloaded more sessions for my workout dates with myself. Summer has arrived in the Southern Hemisphere!!! Bikini babe yeah!

This workout leaves no muscle behind. My legs and butt were on fire 🔥. Joined up to the on fitness coach kel on demand website and Isabel - full body sculpt almost annihilated my muscles this morning. My muscles are STILL shaking.

Realmente aprecio tus vídeos, muchas gracias por compartir, no estoy tan joven pero tampoco tan vieja y me gusta mucho el bajo impacto que tienen tus entrenamientos, considero que es mejor la calidad que la cantidad y así lo haces tú! Lástima que no pueda acceder a tu membresía, para los hispanos es bastante el cambio a dólares, pero vale la pena ojalá algún día pueda acceder👍😘

I've done many workouts through the years, this is the hardest type for me and my shorter, heavier legs compared to the rest of my body. But hey, this is what I need to get those legs more flexible. Thanks for this, it's intense, but also graceful.

I started with our "Ballett Body" training und it hurts so much the day after. Since that Day I make a workout every Day. I'm feeling fantastic. And 3 weeks later, I'm feeling the "work" (of the muscles) but it don't hurt like the first time. Thank you for that! I'm sry for the wrong Kapitalletters. In German we write all Nouns with a Kapitalletter. My Phone change that automatically.
