I've been looking for a mobility channel which really understands what it's like to run....so thank you so much. I love the way you say 'How was your run? And be kind to your body! Your channel is unique in that you talk to us..how we runners think about the forthcoming run, and how we feel after. After running in 15 degree weather I was tempted to just crawl back into a warm bed, but i did this routine instead. I feel much better having stretched. Now I can crawl back into bed guilt free!😊 Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback. It helped me hit a niche to start but I am definitely starting to open up on different keywords. I’ve started to do pre workout and cooldown after workouts videos that are coming up so will see how they go. Also have some foam roll sessions and lower back and other areas of the body scheduled so will see how they go to. Thanks for your comment 😊👍🏻

Thank you,Ash for another great post run yoga stretch! Legs feel much better. I took your advice today trying to get that 8 min mile. The run went great. I did big hills last 2 runs so today was mostly flat and felt really fast. 😂 Hope it gets warmer soon for you.

I’d been meaning to do this stretch for days, but ended up “freestyle stretching” after my runs. Did this one in my sister in law’s family room after a 2hr drive and family visit. It was lovely! Moving right into my favorite foot one next!

Great vid ash!!! Lost motivation towards the end of the year and had a month off running, so Been slowly working myself back into. Completed my first 5K of the year today, followed by another great post-run stretching vid from you. I really forgot how much I enjoyed your content. It’s great to be back following along with you again.

Welcome back Tom! Well done for getting back out and doing your first 5k of the year 🙌 it can be a real challenge at the end of the year, let that be, don't worry about it. You're back now and go easy as you get back into the rhythm. It is normal to feel a bit sluggish and not right back where you was, if that happens don't get too downhearted, it'll come back 👍

Thats amazing Ron, well done 🙌👍 when you start getting down to those times and you are able to shave off 18 seconds thats a big chunk of time percentage wise!! Gosh, one of my favourite ones so far. Thank you so much. Felt like i needed a longer cool down and stretch after my run today and this did just the job! I ran my furthest a couple days ago so i was doing a recovery shorter run today but still felt like i was a bit tight and not on top form. I feel great now however. Amazing video

That’s so good to hear, I’m glad I could help you after your recovery run. It is usually the case that it’s a day or two after a longer run that we still feel a bit heavy and off so well done for recognising your body needed the recovery run and longer stretch 🙌🏻🙌🏻😊
