This was the absolute best, thank you Patrick. I was originally looking for something for tight hips and hammies but for whatever reason chose this one. It worked the core whilst also warming up my hips and hammies enough to pause in sections and give them exactly the stretch they needed. Thanks for creating the space ❤❤❤

For a moment i thought i wouldn't be able to do the circle of lifting the hand and the feet and that stuff, i wobble but i was able to do it and to go until the end of the practice. Happy with myself, thanks Patrick!

this one is more like a full body challenge with the core, arms and legs all getting a work out. Had me doing the push up sound effects with you by the end just to stay in it! Great class.

This was a perfect yoga yoga practice for me today! I wanted a little something to include core after doing a run this morning. But nothing too strenuous since it was a pretty tough run. This was the perfect mixture of flo, strength, stretch, all the good feels! Thank you, Patrick, for another great yoga practice with freedom within form in mind. Namaste.

This was such a great challenge, thank you! One question, though. If I am not so flexible that I could put the soles of my feet on the floor in downward facing dog, how should I modify the 1-leg\1-hand part? Bent leg and hips high; or shorter stance, on tiptoes, with my back more round? Thank you once again!

shorter stance will make the balance easier, knees bent will make the pose more active, play with both they are solid options!
