➼➼ Recipe: country bread at home!
Ingredients for 2 loaves of 460g
• T65 flour: 375g
• Wheel flour T80: 125g
• T130 rye flour: 25g
• Salt: 10g
• Yeast: 1g
• Water: 340g
• Liquid Sourdough: 50g
• Beater kneading (tb 64) 8min 1st V + 2min in 2nd speed
• Pointing for about 1 hour at room temperature
• Divide and shape the loaves and place in bannetons.
• place in the cold (4°) for 10 hours
• Take out and put in the oven
• Bake in the oven at 250° for around 18 mins and leave to dry for 10 mins.
• TASTE!!!!!!!
