I was one HOT & SWEATY mess!! 😂🥵 I am so proud I can do the stretch where your kneeling, and your leg is bent at a 90 degree angle in front of you, and then you reach back with your opposite hand to grab your foot behind you, and you pull it towards your butt! I did it without holding on to my bed or dresser!!! Progress!!! Thank you Heather!!! One more week everybody! I’m so proud of all of us who made it this far and for anyone who started this program later, but is still going! Don’t give up!!! 💪🏼💪🏼🩷🩷

Challenged myself and did 2 rounds of Circuit 1 followed by 2 rounds of Circuit 2. Left me totally drenched in sweat but with an awesome feeling of accomplishment. I turned 60 last year and finally found a strength training program I can stick too. I've always been an avid hiker, but the strength training never interested me. Now I feel stronger and my cholesterol has gone down. I did 3.0 beginning in october, and now finishing this! I don't expect to look 20 again, but to live healthier. AND I can do the lunges with weight now. I had to start with no weight and still found balancing difficult! WooHooo

Thanks HEATHER! I love your creativity and the way you just get down to business. This latest series has really made a change in my body. I’ve been hitting the gym for 30 years, so I feel I’m already in great shape but you’ve brought me to the next level. And the fact that you’re not charging us for these awesome workouts is truly generous. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I only wish I could afford to workout with in person in the Caymans. 💪
