It is time to update. It's time to do to our diets what we do to our smartphones. Our food habits do not meet our new nutritional requirement or lifestyle. They do not support us against modern disease and in fact, most modern diseases have a direct link to the faults in our diets. In short, our diets are outdated, bloated and filled with malware. Dr. Manjunath Sukumaran is a Functional Health Coach, the Chief facilitator and the Founder of Harmony Wellness Concepts. After a successful career in veterinary clinical service for 12 years he rerouted his career to human nutrition and health coaching. A graduate of Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York, he has trained thousands of people in Nutrition, Fitness, and Wellness. He is certified by The Institute of Functional Medicine, Cleveland in 'Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice' and also a member of International Association of Health Coaches. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Public Health from Kerala University of Health Sciences

Doctor oru doubt chodichotte ? Pulses, chicken , egg ivayaane ente kudumbathinte main protein content. Iva daily unde. Ith oru problem aano? I mean chicken naadan alla. Processed um alla. Antibiotic resistance, colon cancer angane okke kelkunnu

ഇപ്പോൾ കേരളത്തിലെ മാർക്കറ്റുകളിൽ വാങ്ങാൻ കിട്ടുന്നുള്ളു എന്നതാണ് അവസ്ഥ. 95% വെള്ള അരി മാത്രമാണ് എല്ലായിടത്തും ലഭിക്കുന്നത്. നെല്ല് വാങ്ങി അതിന്റെ processing എല്ലാം ചെയ്ത് തവിടുള്ള അരി ആക്കിയെടുക്കാം എന്ന രീതി അവലംബിച്ചാൽ തവിടുള്ള അരി ആക്കിയെടുക്കാം. പക്ഷേ അതിനുള്ള സാഹചര്യം 50-60 ശതമാനം മലയാളികൾക്കും ഇല്ല എന്നതാണ് വസ്തുത. നിയമം മൂലവും പൊതുജനങ്ങളെ ബോധവൽക്കരിക്കുക വഴിയുo ഒരു പരിധിവരെ ഗവണ്മെന്റിനു ഇത് നടത്തിയെടുക്കാൻ കഴിയുമെന്നാണ് എന്റെ അഭിപ്രായം.

വളരെ ശരിയാണ്. ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള തവിടോടു കൂടിയിട്ടുള്ള അരി ഇന്ന് പല മാർക്കറ്റുകളിലും ലഭ്യമാണ്.

You should replace carbs with healthy fats , healthy carbs(leafy vegetables ), protein, reduce frequency of eating as much as possible , no need to restrict calories

@@kumareteamHow should i do that? im belong to a lower middle class family my medicines ( long and short acting insulins, cardio&pancreatic medicines ) are super costly…im afraid to stop that once im tried and had DKA.. what i want to say is i need a relatevely low cost plan…daily vegitables mushrooom special low calorie items not affordable, oru neram means uchak matram aan ipo carbo hydrate main aayi kazhikanath mattu samayath ellam maximum alav kurachum kittunna matt items oke vechum kazhinju povumnu but regular aayi follow cheyyan oru plan illa 😢

Include some exercises which u r comfortable everyday at least 30 to 40 minutes. In 3 months time u will be ok also try to drink enough normal water mostly if u drink 500 ml in ur empty stomach it will cleanse u in many ways.

ഡോക്ടർ... 40 years ല് വരുന്ന പ്രോസ്റ്റേറ്റ് പ്രോബ്ലം തെ കുറിച്ച് വീഡിയോ ഇടമോ? ഏതൊക്കെ ഫുഡ് കഴിക്കണം..ഒഴിവാക്കണം ഇതിനെ കുറിച്ച് പറയാമോ? Tamasulosion എന്ന ടാബ് അണ് കഴിക്കുന്നത്. പക്ഷേ വല്ല ഗുണം കാണുന്നില്ല.
