Tim, this is brilliant. I have only very recently been able to let myself play within movements and work out what is best for me. Before that I had to follow a prescriptive workout (e.g. x reps x y sets or do this for 5 minutes). I would have watched a video like this and said that looks great but not even try it. I just took a break there and did this for 5 minutes and my hips particularly feel great now, also I didn't notice the time pass because I was just moving around the room varying what I was doing. It just shows consistency beats everything else because it has taken me years of OS to be able to play within movements. Keep up the great work you are doing. It is phenomenal. Take care, Gareth

When I was in The Marines we would do a lot of those "dont get shot" movements, "low crawl "was a big one known today as " skull dragging",this is very taxing, but worth doing, keep it coming !

So the takeaway is that trying to not get shot in the head is a good motivation?
@OriginalStrengthSystem2 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. And all any of us needs is a little motivation

Hey Tim! Thank you for all of your stuff! How do you gain muscle mass, personally? Your physique is impressive. Is it all from crawling, or do you do hypertrophy work?
@OriginalStrengthSystem2 жыл бұрын
Hey, I do crawl a lot, well, maybe 10 min a day. I also do some pull-ups, pushups, bodyweight squats, every day. It’s pretty much an “Easy Strength” calisthenics routine. I also carry something for about 10 min a day too. Nothing “heavy”…
