It actually works. It is highly recommended by me. I tried it yesterday only and today I lost 1 inch of my waist. Also I did it half because my mom came and I had to sleep. But I was doing dieting too from 5 days and some 5 more workouts before 2 times a day.

I stumbled upon this looking for exercises to do b4 i sleep. Just did them with few 😂 uncompleted sets but did all. Goodness how i sweat. Could feel those sleeping areas woken up. Doing these without the rest times and a bunch more excersises 3 times a night, takes around 2 hours, it hurts alot in the morning but throughout the day it gets better, in the morning my stomach already got flatter and i was quite proud

✅ Day 1: omg my core is on fire!!!! Managed to complete all of them once 🎉 hoping to do it tomorrow!!! ✅ Day2: My sides qre still sore from yesterday but i pushed on and did 2 more excersises than i could yesterday It hurts when your doing it right, but i can feel my confidence growing!! 😊 ❌Took a break BC I was in a place I couldn't do this ✅Day 3: I did this and my brake really showed, I also threw in a plank and some squats 😊
