You're welcome. Exercise has little effect on reducing body fat as this will improve through a balanced diet and change in overall lifestyle/ daily movement.

Not sure what this means, but any one of any age can do this, however it will depend on ability/ fitness/ health etc whether it feels manageable. This is what the intensity key is for on all my workout video thumbnails (the dots in the top left).
