Rachel, your recipes are always so easy, how you tell us every step is fantastic. I'm a 69 y.o. man, my parents weren't often home, due to sports or political events, so my grandmother, on my mother's side who was 2 houses away from us, would very often be sending us so much of her cooking. I later understood, my parents would buy everything she need. I love so many of your recipes, I like spicy foods, so when you are fixing south-eastern recipes, you bet I make them after.
