Of all the KZbin coaches (and I say this respectfully) you have the best hands to visually represent what you teach. You're not just a teacher, you're an active practitioner, and I thank you you for the value you bring to the boxing community.

I hope you'd notice this. When doing bag, shadow boxing or while boxing, is it but out? Or somewhat like squatting while knee is bent?
@ShawnJonesHellion3 жыл бұрын
Click bait? I'm already super sayian speeds. Shorter works for sure but still practicing on the full motion an footwork helps as well. I find its hardest to get the feet/hips to rotate properly at super fast speeds+ retain balance. Thanks for the videos!

Can you do a video breaking down Floyd Mayweather Jr. style pad work where he just flows? It looks like 3 or so different combos that are called out at different times. There are a few other breakdowns... But let's be honest, nobody breaks it down like you. Thanks!

My boxing story First time learn boxing : i want to be a dangerous guy who wreck anyone who mess up with me. After learn boxing : its better to be a totally chill guy who dont get controlled by my anger since anger make me become totally dumb in sparring and match 😂😂

Facts bro. Sparring made me realize I can’t let frustration take over then I can’t see shit.

Nice. I find hand speed is tied to legs, hips and core.

Thats power. Explosive power + speed is ur legs . Speed is mainly ur arms if u try move ur hips really fast its veru hard

Clickbait
@oakcakaya3 жыл бұрын
Are you jealous? I don’t see how it is click bait. This coach is very credible and dedicated to boxing. Instead of shitting on peoples work, suggest you learn from their success
@rykehuss34353 жыл бұрын
@@oakcakaya Not jealous, and I know he is very credible. I enjoy his content. But this is title is clear clickbait. It implies that you can 'double your hand speed' meaning all your punches will be twice as fast. All punches, not just these weak shoe shining ones. Obviously thats not happening ever unless youre really overweight and slow.
@oakcakaya3 жыл бұрын
@@rykehuss3435 idea here he is teaching is to train your muscles in short SSC cycles so you can activate your muscle cycle fast and effective. To do so; you need to train your muscles throw short and quick punches
