I've been through a lot of yoga tutorials on youtube and some of them work alright, but your ones are really above the rest. I always feel so relaxed and comfortable after them

I’m so fortunate to find you this evening. I spent 7 hours canoeing on the river and it was a very stormy day. The paddle grasp was strong and I needed a strong exercise to get my fingers wiggling again! 🙏🏻

David I have been having immense pain due to tennis elbow lately, barely being able to use my elbow at all. Doing this video i IMMEDIATELY felt less pain and inflammation in my forearm and elbow. As if by magic. Thank you.

So great! Lovely stretches and TLC for hands and wrists. For some reason I get a little light headed doing the doggy paddle and the finger twists. I can do the doggy paddle with my hands hanging down and I don't get queasy. Silly, I know. I do have screws and a plate in one wrist so maybe that's effecting me.

Thank you so much! I fractured my wrist 12 weeks ago and my hand has been stiff and swollen since the cast came off six weeks ago. This really helped loosen things up. I’ll be doing this practice every day. 🙏🏽
