Such a easy recipe.. Can't wait to try it.. Can you please help with what setting for rod do you use when you bake this in otg? Both rods on /bottom rod on only? Also is the setting different when you make cake.

You can do both rod on or you can do the bottom rod on but with fan. You can ofcourse turn on the top rod later and switch to top rack for the last 5 min or so for that brown colour.

Yayy! I can’t waittt☺️ I’ve used a flatter rectangular 9 x 13” tray here! You can feel free to use a round cake tin or a square tin as well! Hope this helps :)

@@salonikukreja just one more thing i have convection i use it for baking so what the temperature and time to bake max degree it offers is 200 C

You can try it at 200 C - it might not get as much browning but it’ll work! Also, please bake it for longer :)

Hey Saloni, the Focaccia looks absolutely amazing ! Just wanted to know if we want to half the qty of ingredients then how would the baking time vary assuming I bake in 6 inch square tin ? Also since the bread is pretty crusty from outside what’s the best way to eat it ? 😅

Hi! Thank youu :) You can bake it at the same temperature for 15-18 minutes, once its golden brown from the top it will be ready:) You can enjoy the bread as a Pizza base, in a cheese board, with dips or a sandwich bread! You can also make the bread less crusty by baking in a deeper pan and not as narrow as mine! I hope this helps :))

@@jigsmylittlechamp4322 hey, if you have some toppings like oil, tomato or etc that you believe will stinks at room temperature, then cling wrap or cover with soft cloth and put it in fridge. In refrigerator it will last upto 4-5 days and at room temp 2 days.

Can’t wait for you to try it!! For the baking bit I would recommend using olive oil or oil since butter can burn while baking. For finishing the bread after it is out of the oven butter works!!
