What exercises would you recommend for people with Parkinson's Disease,?

I would recommend a movement practice that addresses balance, dexterity, cognitive skills, hand-eye movement, etc that is tailored to suit the stage of Parkinson’s that the individual is at. Rather than ‘exercise’ in the conventional sense which usually focuses on attributes like strength and endurance, I would recommend a practice that is developed around progressing complexity of tasks while keeping it playful and always just challenging enough. At the same time time I would include some specific exercises mimicking the early child development sequence, to keep the body decompressed, elastic, supple, and “strong” in a connected sense (not strengthening isolated muscles). I will try to provide some general examples in a future video. You can also reach out to info@athleticengineering.ca for help and to see what we can offer. Hope this helps.🙏🏽
