Just finishing this after a 10K program I’m doing. Today was 30 minutes of running, a 5min walk interval, then 15 minutes of running. Building up in the next week or two to an hour long run no walking. Thanks for the pre- and post-run videos Ash!

This was your best yoga/stretch session imo! Just had a 20k race yesterday and I really appreciated the flow of this one, I think you can make more videos in this style with a bit less talk and a focus more on the positions and on the stretches and moving through them as in this video, it was great!
