Started doing this since the start of April every single day without fail, and I have visibility lost excess arm fats!! Now I feel confident wearing spaghetti top / sleeveless clothes thanks to Ms Yuuga Sagawa!

@@alishakhan2472 i might be late to reply, but i assure you this exercise worked for me! I've never been confident with my body! i do this exercise once a day, you just have to be patience and consistent, you'll have your result! believe me ! good luck!

If anyone is reading this, GO GO FOR THIS RIGHT NOW! It's worth it, and it's simple to add to your regular routine, so good luck! I could actually feel the burn while performing this exercise. I combine it with her other upper body workouts, and let me tell you, it works.
I did one video from this channel for 2-3 weeks and my collarbone became visible and arm got slimmer then did this video with the previous one and my collarbone became more visible I will try to do this video with my normal workout as much as days i can Day 1: At starting was hard cuz i didn't did this video for some days but completed not with any major pain Day 2: Divided into 3 parts and yes did it Day 3: Done Day 4: Done Day 5: Done Day 6: Done Day 7: Done Day 8: Done Day 9: Done Day 10: Done

Yes i am a teenager and it took around 1 week and i did the video twice and about studies i do it before the workout and it takes around 30-40 mins to complete the workout and at last i do this as streching or whenever i am free
